Within 30 days after buying the eBook, send us an e-mail with the text below cut and pasted into the body and your name at the end.
"By sending this e-mail I am requesting a refund of the purchase price of the Norwegian Cruising Guide. I have removed the Guide eBook from any and all of my computers, I have not passed the Guide along to any other person, and I have destroyed any hard copies of the information that I have printed out. Signed: "
Upon receipt of the e-mail, we will issue you a credit for the original price of the eBook.
For a Defective Paper Book
Our printers do a great job, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a book that is in some way defective, for example missing pages, please contact us immediately with details of the defect and we will ship you a new book.
For a Paper Book that does not meet your needs
Within 30 days after receiving the book, mail the book in as-new saleable condition with a copy of your original invoice to:

Upon receipt of the book, we will issue you a credit for the original price of the book, less shipping.
(Due to PayPal's terms of service, we can only refund to your credit card for 60 days after your purchase date. After that time, you will need to open a PayPal account that we will pay your refund into.)
