Thank you for buying the Norwegian Cruising Guide. If the Guide does not meet your cruising needs, we will be happy to refund your money but we can only do so within the first 60 days after you have purchased the Guide due to the way PayPal is set up.
If you wish to have your money refunded, please send us an e-mail to info@norwegiancruisingguide.com. Please read the text below, cut and paste it in to the body of the e-mail and type your name at the end of the e-mail. Thank you.

I have deactivated and removed the Guide eBook from any and all of my computers, I have not passed the Guide along to any other person, and I have destroyed any hard copies of the information that I have printed out.
