Phyllis Nickel
Phyllis lives aboard S/V Morgan’s Cloud with John Harries. They spent two years sailing in Norway, including a 7-week cruise of Svalbard, and two winters living aboard Morgan’s Cloud in Tromsø, above the Arctic Circle.
In 2002 they took over sales and updates for the Norwegian Cruising Guide, 2nd Edition, and brought out the 3rd Edition in 2006. Since then Phyllis and John have published three more editions of the Guide.
Phyllis is the primary author and editor of the Norwegian Cruising Guide. Her obsessive tendencies are to her advantage when dealing with the myriad details of publishing such an extensive, up-to-date, and hopefully correct Guide.
